We are YOUR Office

Our highly qualified merchandisers provide direct management between you and the supplier, ensuring quality and reliability while offering in-depth knowledge of products and manufacturing companies. Acting as your local office, we provide all the benefits of having your own office in Istanbul at a fraction of the cost, while also significantly reducing the travel expenses that production relocation to a foreign country entails. Manufacturing

At our company, we provide reliable, sustainable, and ethical apparel manufacturing services to our customers. Our strategic location near producers of finished garments, fabrics, accessories, dyeing houses, laundries, printing and embroidery factories allows us to search for the most suitable solution and offer for our clients. Our expert team provides excellent quality control and merchandising, with a dedicated Project Manager or Merchandiser serving as the point of contact throughout the entire production process. With our geographical proximity to various suppliers, we can be present in the field before, during, and after production, ensuring that all customer needs are met. Sourcing

  • We study the customer's procurement requirements/briefs and create an appropriate procurement strategy.

  • We identify valid suppliers based on the customer's quality, cost and delivery requirements.

  • We study all the information received about the requested item.

  • We establish the procurement plan. Shortlisting and verification of suitable suppliers

  • We create and issue requests for quotation to suppliers (RFQ - Request for Quotation).

  • We negotiate: Using our multilingual negotiators and eliminating the middlemen, we can often reduce prices by 5% to 40%.

  • We send the received supplier offers in a standardised form for customer review and approval.

  • We provide customer with product/item/factory quality reports.

Consulting

PROTOTYPE development:

  • We create the technical sheet necessary for the supplier to carry out each stage of the process

  • Modelling support (creation and verification of the pattern and related grading)

  • Translation of existing technical sheets (in order to speed up and facilitate communication between customer and supplier)

  • Consulting and implementation with timing from 3 to 5 days

  • Collection development (SMS)

  • Management of all print and embroidery strike offs

Design

  • Research and design of clothing for men, women and children
